Please join us for an exciting and informative program – Living with Fire: Saving Homes, Lives and Forests
This educational session features a presentation by Chad Hanson, PhD, noted ecologist, director of the John Muir Project and contributor to the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation publication “A New Direction for California Wildfire Policy—Working from the Home Outward.”
Dr. Hanson will be joined by Maya Khosla, Wildlife Biologist, Writer and Filmmaker. The audience will have the opportunity to view excerpts from Maya’s most recent film, “Searching for the Gold Spot: The Wild After the Wildfire.”
