REQUEST FOR CONTINUANCE OF APPEAL HEARING
I, the undersigned, am requesting at least a (60) sixty-day continuance of the Appeal hearing currently set for the Center for Biodiversity vs. County of Napa (Walt Ranch) on December 14, 2021.
The reason I am requesting the continuance is to allow sufficient time for me and others to meaningfully participate in the public process of being able to comment on a project of such magnitude that will forever affect the quality of life in the Napa Valley. Insufficient time has been allotted to enable concerned residents of the Napa Valley to comment on a project that will cause irreversible destruction to our environment in this time of global climate crisis, severe prolonged droughts, and intensifying wildfire activity.
